I have purchased roughly 20 homes, rental and personal property, working with a dozen different Realtors over the last 30 years. Mike was by far the best experience I have had. There is ALWAYS a hiccup when purchasing real estate, and I wasn't going to be present for much of this transaction...so I prepared for some hiccups. Mike managed the entire process flawlessly. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his prompt communication throughout. Would highly recommend.
