Mike secured the sale of our home and worked with us over a couple of months to find a new house to call home. He was incredibly patient and not afraid to ask questions or insight us with his 2¢ to help remove our negative barriers when looking at a house. We are very happy with Mike's performance.

Her greatest assets are her knowledge of the F-M housing market (which includes which up and coming neighborhoods to consider) her ability to help the buyer write a strong offer (that can help put you ahead of the competition in the event of a multiple offer situation) and her flexibility to work around your busy schedule. Melissa is one of the best in the biz!

As a first time homebuyer, Melissa Mozley made the whole process so easy and fun!! She kept me so well informed and always let me know what the next step in the process was going to be. She was amazing! Being a first time home buyer was scary and we knew nothing at all. She was super trustworthy and gave us feedback when we were going to make a decision that wouldn’t benefit us but always put the options out there so the choice was always ultimately ours. Melissa Mozley at Beyond Realty helped us in the purchase and sale of a "flip" house. Not only did she give us helpful advise on offering and sale price, she gave us ideas on what projects will help sell the home and which are unnecessary. She also gave us some ideas that we used in the flip. I can be a bit stubborn, but she held strong that we could get more for the house then I thought possible. We listed the house on a Thursday Night and received a full price offer on the following Tuesday. She was correct!! If we continue in the "flip" business we will definitely continue our relationship with Melissa!!
