Melissa is the best at what she does! :) We moved here from Texas and Melissa made buying and building a home seem so simple. She responds very quickly to any questions and took care of all of our questions that we had for the builder, so we never had to contact them. Most people have told me that building a home is a very stressful and a time consuming process, this was not the case for us at all. I would tell anyone building a new home is a fabulous process as long as you have Melissa Mozley as your agent! :) She loves what she does and anyone who works with her will tell you that she will go the extra mile to get you what you want.

Melissa Mozley at Beyond Realty helped us in the purchase and sale of a "flip" house. Not only did she give us helpful advice on offering and sale price, she gave us ideas on what projects will help sell the home and which are unnecessary. She also gave us some ideas that we used in the flip. I can be a bit stubborn, but she held strong that we could get more for the house then I thought possible. We listed the house on a Thursday night and received a full price offer on the following Tuesday. She was correct!! If we continue in the "flip" business we will definitely continue our relationship with Melissa!!
